I believe the best way to understand how people and machines get along is to look from more than one angle, mixing research methods to see the full picture. AI has opened up new ways to study how we interact with the tools we use every day. It's not here to replace us, but to keep pace with us.

Right now I focus on internal HR systems, spotting the friction that slows people down while respecting the friction that's actually good for us, especially when there's a human in the loop. I'm also curious about designing for other industries like healthcare, enterprise, and finance, and I'm always up for more.

Outside of work, I hang out with friends, go to conventions, and sometimes even touch grass. 🌱
